Onsite with Field AI.
Field AI is a fast-growing robotics company of roughly 300 people, most of whom work at desks. Here's how the program runs inside it.
Why this started
Field AI believes that investing in people is one of the highest-return investments a company can make.
The Employee Health & Performance Pilot was launched to explore one question:
The setup
- In-office coaching on set days each week
- New hires start with onboarding sessions, so coaching begins early
- Group sessions run weekly: Stretch and Roll and a Vitamin D Walk outside
- InBody scans plus nutrition and training plans for employees who want them
Stronger teams. Healthier minds. Better performance.
In-office coaching on set days each week. A fixed room and a fixed schedule are what keep a program from becoming a search problem.

Employee voices
Real impact. Real people. Real results.
“The coaching is pretty amazing; it has helped me be healthier and feel more energetic. The dietary advice alone was life changing, I have lost many pounds and it probably saved my life (or at least added years to it).”
“It has definitely helped me relieve stress and focus more on work.”
“Having things setup so I don't have to plan or think about what to do, the follow ups and measuring progress is also what keeps me committed.”
“I think everyone should at least have a few sessions with Chris, it could have as positive of an impact on their lives as it has had on my own.”
“It's a great resource to have available to us at the office.”

Key insights
What we've learned
Demand outran the schedule. Once a coach is onsite and people know them, they book. Hiring adds to that every week. That's why we size engagements on capacity: how many sessions the calendar can actually deliver for current staff after onboarding.
We report participation and survey results to the client quarterly.
